Good to know
- Acupuncture is in-person only and cannot be done by telehealth.
- Visits are at Hanbit Healthcare, a university teaching clinic in Duluth, Georgia. Kimberly treats as a supervised final-year intern. These are Hanbit clinic services, not Vitalis services, and booking, fees and policies are set by the clinic.
- Vitalis acupuncture with a licensed acupuncturist is planned. Join the waitlist for confirmed updates.
- Research is stronger for some conditions than others. For example, major guidelines list acupuncture as a non-drug option for chronic low back pain. We will tell you plainly what to expect for your goals.
- Acupuncture complements, and does not replace, medical care. We coordinate with your physician when needed.

Does acupuncture hurt?
Most women describe a mild sensation, often a heaviness or warmth, rather than pain. Needles are hair-thin, single-use and sterile.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your goals and how long the pattern has been present. We build a defined series, then reassess together so you are never in open-ended treatment.
Can I combine acupuncture with hormone or other medical care?
Yes. We review your medications and supplements and coordinate with your prescribers.
