Wellness workshops
Practical, plain-English education on the health topics that affect energy, focus and attendance.
- Sleep, stress and recovery
- Metabolic health and nutrition
- Healthy aging and preventive care literacy
Evidence-informed health education for employers, led by a founder with three decades of women's health and wellness experience. Practical, respectful and built around your workforce, with no pressure to buy anything.
Surveys of employers and employees point the same way: whole-person well-being, women's health and menopause support, and care people can actually reach.

Help leaders understand what their teams face and respond with confidence.
A guided multi-week experience that moves employees from information overload to a personal plan.
Engaging sessions for company events, conferences and employee resource groups.
Education is the starting point. Employers can add access to our new Alpharetta clinic for their employees, and bring wellness services to the workplace itself.
Employee memberships to our new Alpharetta clinic, customized to your workforce and bringing acupuncture, hormone and metabolic care, musculoskeletal care and immune support together under one plan.
We bring our services to your team: wellness days and workshops, and scheduled care from licensed providers as your space and scope allow.
HSA and FSA: eligibility depends on what is purchased and how it is paid. Individual services such as acupuncture may qualify as medical expenses when provided for a specific condition. Under 2026 federal rules, certain primary-care membership fees may qualify within federal limits, but a membership bundling other services generally does not qualify as a whole, and employer-paid fees are treated differently from employee-paid fees. We help your benefits advisor structure it. This is general information, not tax or legal advice.
The Vitalis Alpharetta clinic is expanding in phases. Membership availability, included services and opening timing are subject to licensing, build-out and approvals. Clinical services are provided by licensed providers within their scope. Participation in any employer program is voluntary and never a condition of employment.
We build sessions from a flexible library and tailor the mix to your workforce.
Some employers want to pair education with access to licensed clinical services. Vitalis can coordinate that through a partnership with qualified providers, scoped and contracted separately from the education program.
Clinical service availability depends on the partnership structure, provider licensure and the requirements of each engagement.
You get a scoped proposal and transparent pricing before you commit.
Your whole workforce. Topics span sleep, stress, metabolic health, nutrition, healthy aging, musculoskeletal strain, and women's and men's health. We tailor content to your employees and goals.
Education programs are not medical care and do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. When you want clinical services, they are delivered separately by licensed partner providers under their own scope, consent and privacy practices.
Live virtual sessions, on-site workshops and lunch-and-learns, multi-week cohort programs, keynotes, and custom formats built around your schedule.
Yes. We can align content and communications with your existing benefits, EAP and wellness vendors so programs complement rather than duplicate them.
A customized healthcare membership that gives your team access to the full range of Vitalis services at our new Alpharetta clinic, paid by the employer, the employee or both. The structure and included services are designed with your organization. The clinic is expanding in phases, so availability depends on opening timing, licensing and approvals.
Sometimes, in part. Under 2026 federal rules, certain primary-care membership fees can be HSA-eligible within federal limits, and individual services such as acupuncture may qualify when provided for a specific condition. A membership that bundles many services generally is not HSA-eligible as a whole, and employer-paid fees are treated differently. We structure memberships with your benefits advisor. This is general information, not tax or legal advice.
On-site workshops, wellness days and lunch-and-learns, and, where licensed providers and your site allow, scheduled services delivered at your location. We scope the format, frequency and team with you.
Tell us your audience, headcount, preferred format and timeline. We will propose a scoped program and a clear price before you commit.
